Second Grader...

I can not believe I have a second grader! It seems just like just yesterday this little guy was a baby...teaching me how to be a mommy. And look how far we've both come! He is such a handsome, sweet, loving, rough and tumble second grader!
LOVE him!
My two little men...
Easton was like come on mom...enough already!

Easton, I am so proud of you and the BIG boy you are becoming! I know that you will grow leaps and bounds this year and I am so excited to watch you every step of the way. I pray that you continue to be my sweet, loving little man. And that this year you have the BEST year yet!! I love you SO VERY much!!

Waylon's first day 2011

Today was Waylon's first day of Junior Kindergarten at his new school. He had a wonderful first day and I can already tell you that he is going to have a great school year. He has a wonderful group of 8 other children in his class and I think the small numbers will be in his favor.
Waylon's SURPRISE first day snack.
My BIG boy...he'll be 5 in 2 days.
My munchkins...

Me with my babies...
Happy first day Waylon...I pray that you grow a lot this year both academically and emotionally. I also pray that you enjoy everyday as much as your first day and that you continue to have a love for school. I love you my littlest man!!

We have a new ice-cream shop in town and it has become the kids' favorite local place. As you can tell from the pictures the yogurt isn't that yummy...

Sky High...

We've lived in CT for a little over 5 yrs and had not hiked Heublein Tower. We even have a painting of the Tower in our formal living room and pretty much see it on a daily basis. After having several new neighbors move on to our street from out of state and hearing that the majority of them had hiked it with in months of moving in, we decided it was finally time for us to hike it. To be honest though...in the last 5 yrs, I have almost always been pregnant or had a new born when the weather was nice to hike it...ok...maybe I'm just trying to make excuses...either way we FINALLY hiked it and have the pictures to prove it!
Boys almost to the Tower.
Family photo...almost there...

Pawdicure

London and I LOVE getting pedicures, so when London was napping today I decided to paint Willow's nails. The boys noticed them first thing after nap time...when London finally noticed she LOVED them and asked if " the nail ladies painted Willow's nails?". As you can tell Willow is VERY loved.

Mini-Me

Easton had a mini-me the entire time we were at the Cape. James LOVED Easton and thought he was the coolest kid...Easton LOVED having a little buddy too. James reminded me so much of little boy Easton...the look alike...act alike...and honestly it gave me baby fever. It was hard to see a little Easton running around and then look over and see my BIG boy Easton all grown up. The days are long but the years are short.
