100!!

Yep, that's right, only 100 days left until London's due date! I know for some non-pregnant people that seems like a LONG time...but when your pregnant and you see only 100 days left, it's exciting! So here is London growing nice and comfy in her temporary home until July!!

Daddy got a new pair of aviator sunglasses and he totally ROCKS them. So when I found these kid aviators I just had to get them. When Easton tried them on he said, "I look like a rock star!" I couldn't agree more!!

Happy Easter!!

After waking up to Easter baskets full of goodies, we headed to Easter Service at church and then Easter brunch. The boys had fun at their Sunday School classes, today was the first time Waylon did not cry when we dropped him off! The service was as always well, however, something the Pastor said today really reminded me what it is I want to teach my children as they grow up in a christian home. The Pastor said it is easy for people, non-believers and even the Devil to say that "Jesus is A Savior." But, it takes a believer/christian to say "Jesus is MY Savior." Just like me their Mom, Jesus will ALWAYS love them, there is nothing they can do that would ever make him not love them and if they proclaim"Jesus is MY Savior" he will always be in their hearts. When we were looking for a parking spot today at church, Easton was saying how the Cross on the Steeple showed us Jesus' love for us and then he went on to say "You know what the best thing Jesus gave me?" waiting for a material answer (such as my superman cape), Ian and I both said "What??" and his response shocked and pleased us both, "My Heart."

Easter Eve...

We had a fun filled Easter Eve day today between the Easter Egg hunt and dyeing Easter Eggs after naps. This year Waylon REALLY enjoyed the whole egg dyeing process and trying to drink the colored water. Easton enjoyed having Daddy write/draw on the eggs and then waiting to see what his master piece was. It was a lot different for Waylon this year than LAST YEAR. The boys are excited for the Easter Bunny to come tonight and we have a plate of carrots awaiting his arrival.

Egg Hunt...

This morning we had a local Egg Hunt at the park. The kids all drew a number and then had to find the corresponding egg. Once they had their egg they gave it to a person who gave them a bag of Easter goodies. As you can tell by the pictures it was only 32 degrees and that's without the wind chill!! So much for spring!

18 Months!!

Waylon is now eighteen months (ok a little over), but today he had his 18 month check-up and shots. He is so much fun and challenging at this age. I LOVE that he and Easton have completely different personalities at this age. Waylon is much more strong willed, momma boy and talkative. He says about 15 words...Daddy, Mommy, E (Easton), Denali, doggy, NO, fish, cookie, more, out, bubble, poo-poo, cow, coat, bowl, thank you, apple, car, tree, ME, water, ball...and a few more unintelligible words. He loves to wrestle with Daddy and Easton and chase Easton around the house. He absolutely adores his big brother!! Waylon is such a joy and blessing to our family and we are thankful for everyday we spend with him!

His stats from the doctors visit were:
weight 25 lbs(50%)
height 32.5 inches(50-75%)
head circumference 48cm(50%)

WE LOVE YOU WAY-WAY!!
