BIG Brothers!!!

Easton and Waylon (and Pappy) came up this morning to meet their baby sister!! Waylon was a little too much in love with her, and Easton was glad she was here, but he was interested in his big brother backpack of goodies!! It was a great visit with them and it was so nice to see my boys...I was missing them!!

She is Here!!!

Little London made an earlier than scheduled debut last night at 7:50. After not sleeping well Tuesday/Wednesday, I finally woke Ian up around 4am and by 5, we decided we should head to the hospital. After a LONG day London finally made her arrival! She weighed in at 6lbs 11oz and is 19 inches long. She has lots of blonde hair and is a GREAT mixture of both her older brothers. Enjoy the Pictures!!

EXPECTING!!

We noticed a birds nest a few weeks ago outside on our stereo speakers, but every time we tried to look in the nest we couldn't see in it. So, on Sunday Daddy took the camera out and got a few shoots and that's when we saw 4 beautiful blue eggs. Then yesterday Daddy was able to lift the boys high enough to see in the nest and they LOVED seeing the eggs. Later that night while making dinner Easton was telling me all about the eggs in the nest and how they were blue and there were going to baby birds coming out of the eggs. Then, he asked Daddy if he could look in the nest again, so Daddy agreed one time before bed. But this time Easton's face lit up and he said "there are babies!" We were a little skeptical since we had just looked that morning and saw only eggs, so Daddy climbed on the porch rail and took some pictures and to our surprise there were 3 NEWLY hacked baby Robins!! We are enjoying this time of watching these babies grow especially since Little London will be here in 3 short days. Last night while saying bedtime prayers we of course had to pray for mommy robin and her babies!

BIKES...

Easton outgrew his bike from last year (12 inches) and was fitted for a new, bigger (16 inches) bike on Friday. We also cleaned up Easton's old tricycle and made it new for Waylon to have his own bike too. The boys had fun showing off their new bikes and riding around the cul-de-sac all weekend!!

Congrats Grad!!

Easton graduated from Nursery School today! It was such a joyful and proud moment for us as parents, even though we know there are many more to come! Burlington Academy, where Easton attended, went all out for these now 4 year olds! It has been amazing to see the transformation these kids have made from the beginning of the year until now. Easton has grown so much physically, emotionally, academically, it is just wonderful to see!

The BIG...

3-0!!

Yes, as in I turned 30 on June 6th!! I really don't fell 30, but hey they say 30 is the new 20, right?! I had a GREAT time and never thought turning 30 would be so much fun, especially considering doing it at 9 months pregnant with my 3rd child. My AMAZING husband did a GREAT job keeping the birthday festivities a surprise. On late Thursday, my husband came home from work with some of our best friends from Texas, Brent and Elisa, we have known them since college and they flew in just for me!! Then on Friday, after making me believe he had to run to the office to get some work done he surprised me again with our dearest friends from Texas, Brad and Angie, we have know them since Easton was a few months old. I had a really hard time believing that everyone came such a long way just to celebrate little ole' me, but I am so glad they did. After us girls went to get manicures and pedicures and catch up, we came home to get ready for the party. Ian had planned this WONDERFUL party with all our CT and TX friends in a private room, where we had dinner and enjoyed a magician. That's right, I said MAGICIAN!! Ian had an amazing magician, whom we have seen before, come in from Vegas for the party. You see Ian and I had been talking about how fun it would be to go to Vegas for my 30th b.day (all before becoming pregnant of course), so since we couldn't fly to Vegas he decided to fly Vegas to us! It was such an AWESOME party and I loved that everyone took time away from their families to come and celebrate my BIG day!! What a true blessing it is to have such AMAZING friends!! And how fun to leave the craziness of motherhood behind for a fun night with friends!!

*Thanks Amy for the pictures*
