The other day I was at the store and while getting London more diapers and pacis I came across this baby sling. I have always LOVED the bjorn, in fact I have two different bjorn styles, so I have NEVER owned a sling. But I thought it looks so stylish and with a little girl I REALLY should own one, so I got it. And I am so glad I did because London LOVES it, she can lay down and feel like I am carrying her, when I fact my arms are free to do other things. The really cool part is that as she grows her position in the sling changes, from laying down, to sitting on the hip, to riding like a back pack and it's reversible...so cool!! So here is the BEAUTIFUL view I see when I look down...

So, today was London's cardiology appointment at Connecticut Children's Medical Center. After hearing a murmur at her 4 week appointment our pediatrician sent us to the hospital to have her heart checked out. After the Dr. did a sonogram of London's heart it was determined that she does in fact have a small hole in her heart(VSD), but it's a small hole that won't need surgery, it should with time close on it's own. For now London will be returning to the cardiologist every 3-4 months until it is closed to check the progress of the hole. We are thankful that this was something minor and something that with time will go away. What a blessing!! Thanks for you prayers during this difficult time! Also, just as a side note, London weighed 8lbs 15oz and was 21 inches long...guess my pediatrician nurses are the ones measuring her wrong!

The pictures are from London's floor time with the boys yesterday afternoon, not sure who enjoyed it more London or Waylon!
While Mommy fed London, Easton sat quietly on the couch drawing pictures, here was the one of our family. The person with the arms and legs is Easton with his bat wings and legs.

We have had a rough week...after a long weekend with a fussy newborn we took her to the Dr. to find out she has spasmodic colic(her stomach is cramping a lot), she was given medicine for that and after spiting up/vomiting after every feeding we also realized she had out grown her acid reflux medicine, so they increased that. And after I started feeling flu like I realized I had mastitis so am now taking medicine for that. But good news is London is doing much better, no more cramping and no more screaming, uncomfortable baby and she weighs 8lbs 11oz...which is 2 lbs over her birth weight, GREAT news for this mommy to hear!! She is also sleeping from 10pm until 4am and then back in bed until 7am when I wake her up to start our day, that's 6 hours of solid sleep for her and I...HALLELUJAH!!

London has been sleeping in her own bed for probably 2 weeks now. She is so tiny in her BIG crib, and she LOVES to be swaddled, the boys not so much, but this little girl HAS to be swaddled. She is now 3 weeks old and getting bigger everyday. She is still a petite little girl, but she now weighs 7lbs 13oz. Enjoy all the recent pictures of our sweet little girl!!

Nana (my mom) and Papa came to visit us for a long weekend. They arrived Thursday night and left Sunday morning, but we sure had a good time while they were here! Easton graduated from his MLS Soccer Camp (pictures later), we shopped, ate good food, and had lots of fun playing outside! We sure miss Nana and Papa and can't wait to see them again SOON!!

I was also stunned to learn that she now, at 2 weeks, weighs 7lbs 10oz. It is still strange to me that both the boys were bigger at birth than she is at 2 weeks. Here are some recent pictures of our sweet little girl!!
