Happy Campers...

Don't adjust your computer screens...you're seeing correctly...Ian is sleeping on a blow up mattress while my sweet babies are sleeping on workout mats.  I will have to post an update to let you all know if they made it through the night,my guess is I will get a wake up call at 3 in the morning for search and rescue to let these 3 campers back into the warm, cozy house. 

**UPDATE:10 minutes after posting{7:45} Waylon was DONE camping...guess he's like his momma...camping is not his thing!**

**UPDATE:Easton lasted ALL night...even through the rain, lightning and thunder we had at 3am.  It woke him up but he didn't want to come inside and he eventually went back to sleep.  He did end up sleeping on the air mattress with Ian, since there was room, since brother came to sleep inside.**

Birthday Visitors...

On Saturday{the day of Easton's Party} we contacted our local police station and asked if they could send a policeman over for Easton and his friends.  They said sure assuming there were no major emergencies, since we live in a small town the police force is about half what it typically is on the weekday{only about 3 officers}.  Unfortunatley during Easton's party there was a traffic accident so they were unable to send an officer over.  However, after nap time they not only sent one officer, but two officers over.  The boys were outside playing on the police jumpy house when we heard sirens, they continued to get closer and closer until they pulled onto our street and then into our driveway.  Easton was beyond excited.  The officers were so sweet to show Easton all their equipment, let him talk on the walkie-talkie, turn on the light and siren and ask them a million questions.  It was the PERFECT ending to a perfect day for Easton.  As they drove off the said "Happy Birthday Easton!" through their car intercoms...SO COOL!!

Once in a Lifetime!!

Daddy got invited to play in a charily softball game at Fenway Park!!  Yep, Fenway Park as in where the Boston Red Sox play!!  Daddy looked and acted like a 10 year old little boy the whole day, but especially when he was actually on the field.  It was such a FUN experience and probably a once in a lifetime experience.  Oh and by the way, Daddy's team won...GO Daddy!!

Happy Birthday EASTON...

My sweet FIRST born, words can not even begin to express how very much we love you.  You are such an amazing little boy, who has such a huge heart, a great imagination and a love for life that I hope only grows and grows as you do.  I can still remember bringing you home from the hospital 5 years ago and how very scared I was.  You stole my heart the first time I saw you and you still hold my heart in the palm of your hand.  My wish for you as you continue to grow and get older is that you NEVER forget how much you are loved, that you learn to become the man God meant for you to become, that you never loose your amazing sense of humor and wonder. You will always be my baby, no matter how old you get, you will always mean more to me than you will ever begin to understand.  I love you so very much my sweet first born!!
