Today Easton's class went on a field trip to the local nature center. We had not visited there yet, so it was our first time. Due to my growing belly and Waylon's lack of listening skills, Easton went on the 45 minute hike without us. However, we did join him for the butterfly garden, the frog pond and snack time. The kids first listened to their hike guide talk about the animals they might get to see on their hike then off they went.

Was there any success on the frog hunt? Is that what the lady is showing the kids? I couldn't tell in the picture. Very fun.
