Tid Bits...

Here is what has been going on with our munchkins this week:

*London~ now has 2 teeth...that's right ladies and gentlemen...you heard right, TWO teeth. The girl is weeks away from being ONE year old and FINALLY has two teeth...can I get a YAY!!

*Waylon~umm...yeah...that is exactly what you think it is...our youngest peeing in the woods. Apparently he was TOO busy to come inside to go potty...and why bother when the trees need to be watered anyways.

*Easton~since we will be going to TX to visit family/friends for mommy's family reunion, Easton will miss out on pre-kindergarten graduation. His teachers invited me up today to watch the kids rehearse and get some pictures of Easton is his graduation hat. I CANNOT believe my baby will be in kindergarten in the fall{tear}.

BIRTHDAY girl...

Saturday was my birthday and I had such a fun time celebrating all weekend long with the kids! Except for the fact that I had a nasty little cold hit me Saturday morning{still hoping it doesn't turn into something more}. I also had a BLAST going out with some of my VERY BEST friends to celebrate my birthday on Thursday. Ian and Amy put together a great little party to celebrate me! Ian even went above and beyond to create goodie bags{like I always do for the kids' parties}, he did it completely on his own and included a pedicure and manicure gift card, a Starbucks gift card, chocolates and an itunes gift card...I know I am so lucky to have such an AMAZING hubby!! Thanks to all of you who called/e-mailed/facebooked/texted me to wish me a happy birthday!!

BIG girl...

London is growing SO fast....or as Easton likes to say, "London's growing like a weed."   She has started pulling herself up and cruising around.  She also likes to let go and try and stand which is pretty comical since she hasn't gotten the balance thing down.  And then sometimes she stands and the starts crying because she forgets how to get back down.  I can't believe how much she has grown lately...she is starting to look like an almost 1 year old {tear} these day.  She is a feisty little girl always in the mix with her brothers{whom she adores}.  Keeps her in your prayers next week has we head back to the pediatric gi and the cardiologist{Monday and Tuesday}.

On a different note Easton attended a friend's{Emma} 5 year birthday party yesterday.  When I asked him to sign his name to her gift he not only did that but then added a few extra touches{hearts}.  He was so proud of himself and couldn't wait to find Emma to tell her.   He had a GREAT time at her party and talked about it all night long.

Happy Campers...

Don't adjust your computer screens...you're seeing correctly...Ian is sleeping on a blow up mattress while my sweet babies are sleeping on workout mats.  I will have to post an update to let you all know if they made it through the night,my guess is I will get a wake up call at 3 in the morning for search and rescue to let these 3 campers back into the warm, cozy house. 

**UPDATE:10 minutes after posting{7:45} Waylon was DONE camping...guess he's like his momma...camping is not his thing!**

**UPDATE:Easton lasted ALL night...even through the rain, lightning and thunder we had at 3am.  It woke him up but he didn't want to come inside and he eventually went back to sleep.  He did end up sleeping on the air mattress with Ian, since there was room, since brother came to sleep inside.**

Birthday Visitors...

On Saturday{the day of Easton's Party} we contacted our local police station and asked if they could send a policeman over for Easton and his friends.  They said sure assuming there were no major emergencies, since we live in a small town the police force is about half what it typically is on the weekday{only about 3 officers}.  Unfortunatley during Easton's party there was a traffic accident so they were unable to send an officer over.  However, after nap time they not only sent one officer, but two officers over.  The boys were outside playing on the police jumpy house when we heard sirens, they continued to get closer and closer until they pulled onto our street and then into our driveway.  Easton was beyond excited.  The officers were so sweet to show Easton all their equipment, let him talk on the walkie-talkie, turn on the light and siren and ask them a million questions.  It was the PERFECT ending to a perfect day for Easton.  As they drove off the said "Happy Birthday Easton!" through their car intercoms...SO COOL!!
