Yep, those are pots of boiling water pictured above! When we arrived home Saturday we didn't realize it, but our hot water heater had decided to quit working. We have now been without hot water since Saturday and because our flight left Dallas early on Saturday morning the boys had not had a bath or shower since Thursday night. Last night they DEFINITELY needed bathes, so Daddy boiled up pots and pots of water to have warm water for a bath. We were supposed to get a free replacement hot water heater since ours is still under warranty, but there isn't one to be found in the area, so HOPEFULLY we will have hot water by tomorrow night, however, no guarantees!?!

Home Sweet Home??

Ugh two chillen' unbathed since Thursday, that definately makes for an unpleasant smell! One doesn't really appreciate our modern conveniences until they are deprived of them huh? Hope you get a hot water heater SOON as everything seems more difficult. (I'm sure doubley so with little 'uns around.)
oh goodness!!! makes me cold just reading this! did it make you want to pack your bags and head back this way?!?! we miss y'all. it was so great to spend time with you while you were here. we love you!
