OK, so here is the sequel to Tree House...but unlike movies, blog sequels are better than the original. We worked REALLY hard this weekend to get the tree house in usable condition. On Saturday our friend Mr. Joe came to help get the walls up. Then on Sunday we worked to get the walls shingled, the ladder built and put into place, Waylon's swing hung and Easton's rock climbing grips put up. We were surprised by how much we accomplished! Easton can now go up and down from the tree house and Waylon can swing in his race car swing.
Next weekend we hope to put the slide up,coming off of the unfinished side, get the mulch laid, the roof finished and then it should be completely finished. Easton has enjoyed having a few friends up in the tree house, I know once it is finished he will be so proud of all the hard work we put into it. He is already looking forward to camping out in it once it is all finished!

What is the plan for the interior? I'm totally excited to see the end product! It's looking pretty spiffy already! Great job Ian.
